Nomad Kneads is a licensed mobile massage therapy business serving the greater Atlanta, Georgia area. We provide in-home, in-office, and event massage therapy services.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website at nomadkneads.com, through our online booking system (powered by Square), through our SMS opt-in form, and through any direct communications you initiate with us.

We do not collect any information automatically beyond standard server logs, and we do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics that share your data.

Nomad Kneads operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients who have explicitly opted in. The following disclosures apply to all SMS communications:
- Program description: Clients who opt in will receive text messages from Nomad Kneads including appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional promotional messages about services and wellness tips.
- Opt-in method: Consent is collected through a checkbox form on our website at nomadkneads.com. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively selected by the user.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase: You are not required to opt in to receive SMS messages in order to book or receive any service.
- Message frequency: Varies based on appointment activity. Typically 1–4 messages per month.
- Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Under no circumstances is your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data shared with, sold to, or used by any third party for marketing purposes.

We retain client records, including health intake forms and booking history, for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with professional and legal obligations for licensed massage therapists in the state of Georgia.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Payment information is processed and stored securely by Square and is never stored on our own systems.
